1. Deep understanding of Healthcare Claims, eMR, Clinical and Lab data
2. Hands on experience with data profiling, data transformations and data quality management
3. Hands on expertise with designing and developing data transformation and ETLs
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

Detailed Job Description:
Utilizing data profiling tools to review and document data gaps and cleansing opportunitiesWorking with Business Analysts, Technical Leads and Product Owners to navigate the dataCoordinating the work with onshore and offshore development to resolve data questions
Desired years of experience*: 
Above 5 years
Education/ Certifications (Required): 
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution or three years of progressive
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Utilizing data profiling tools to review and document data gaps and cleansing opportunities
2. Working with Business Analysts, Technical Leads and Product Owners to navigate the data
3. Coordinating the work with onshore and offshore development to resolve data questions
