Responsible for overall design, development on SharePoint Online. Analyze business requirements, assess alternative solutions, design develop and implement application system solutions using Microsoft SharePoint .Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior level government managers and team mates during tight deadlines. Interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills. Finalize the requirements with the client and come up with the solution and high level architecture in SharePoint for to implement them. Create Proof of Concepts and pilots for the exploiting the new features of SharePoint in order to upgrade the project with the latest technologies. Analysis & Integration of user acceptance changes
o At least 5 years of experience in analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of SharePoint 2010/ 2013 applications.
o At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint Online
o Creation and customization of SharePoint workflows in SharePoint Designer
o Experience creating customized InfoPath forms
o Experience in building and supporting all aspects of SharePoint including sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web parts, content types & policies, lists, libraries, workflows, authentication, security groups, permissions, and customizations.
o Understanding of SharePoint solution deployment and site/site collection features
o Familiarity with 3rd party SharePoint applications
o Experience in SharePoint templates, customization, branding and web development (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, CAML, JavaScript, APIs).
o Strong SharePoint troubleshooting skills.
o Strong communication skills.
o Strong user interaction and business analysis skills.
