Job Description
Responsible for design, development and maintenance of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms and applications across the enterprise as a Pentaho Developer. Reviews, advises and designs standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process and goals. Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards. Assists in the development of and manages an architecture governance process.
Required Skills and Experience
· 7 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/systems environments performing systems planning, architecture design, engineering (hardware and software) and optimization.
· Tracks industry trends and maintains knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprise's architecture needs
· Good experience in Pentaho development, advanced technique in Pentaho
· Calling web services from Pentaho with SSL authentication..oAuth
· Parsing XML, JSON files.
· Excellent pentaho enterprise edition admin too who can configure and troubleshoot pentaho sever issues, apply patches, do performance tuning and know the backend stuff.
· Tomcat, knowledge in Apache Jackrabbit
· Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines; extensive, directly-related experience may be considered in-lieu of degree(s).
