Job Description:
We need a Senior Business Analyst on-site consultant (San Mateo office) with Implementation of Veeva CRM components for our sales force.
Key responsibilities:
· Act as a PM to work with Veeva implementation and support resources to implement the right solution.
· Gather requirements and coordinate changes working with User community reps, DW and MDM system.
· Be responsible for ongoing user support, reporting, communications
· Training coordination, documentation
· Be able to configure Veeva for small enhancements
Skills/Experience:
· Veeva/Salesforce.com certification
· Need extensive experience with following module
o Sample management & integration
o Closed Loop Marketing
o Approved email
o Customer Management
· Pharma/Biotech experience a must
· Product launch experience is a plus
· Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
· 5+ years of experience with Veeva/Salesforce.com
