Required Skills -

 

Consultant will be working directly with Purchasing, Accounting and Budget teams. It is required to work onsite and follow the City's 9/80 work schedule. No telecommute, local consultant prefer. Scope of Work: • Work directly with the departments for business process improvement/redesign in the Project System module. Create new business process document. Educate user on standard SAP and existing customized PS reports; • Create functional spec for the integration between PS model and 3rd party budget application Questica; • Review current Purchasing yearend closure process (carryforward process), identify paint points, provide solution and implement solution; Ideal Candidates: • Min. 5 years of SAP MM and PS configuration experience. Some FI and FM experience will be nice; • Understand the procurement lifecycle (procure to pay); • Understand Project Structures, Plans, Budgets, Execution, etc. • Effective written and oral communication skills;
