Role: Storage Lead Admin

• Netapp storage
  

• Understanding the Architecture and design of SAN / NAS infrastructure

• Plan and upgrade Storage array ONTAP / Firmware updates

• Netapp Management(CIFS,NFS,ISCSI,FC,De-dup,Reallocation,Compression,Volume,qtree,aggregate, Autosupport)

• Create, configure and Manage Vfilers

• Planning of new SAN / NAS component installation

• Plan, Implement and support DR solutions and configuration

• Plan and Implement Storage Migration

• Experience in Performance analysis and tuning

• Capacity Planning of Storage env

• Provide Hardware diagnostics, break-fix support

• Backup Management(Backup Manager, Protection Manager,Snapvault,Snapmirror,NDMP, Disaster recovery )

• SnapCreator,Snapdrive,Snapmanager

• OSSV implementation

• Plan and Implement Storage Migration

• Should be well versed in Storage Virtualization concepts, SRM

             Additional responsibilities for a Team Lead

• Mentor new team members

• SLA Management

• Single point of contact for the respective technology tower

• Conduct periodic reviews with teams.

• Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management
