Job Descriptions:
Review and Gap of Agile processes (self-management, front-to-back: features > user stories > scrum > release)
Review and Gap of team composition and staffing mapping to Agile
Review and Gap of Tools (end to end (e.g. TFS, automated testing suites, etc.)
Review and Gap of Measures, Metrics and Communication; focus specifically on practical measures and metrics for progress; communication within the team as well as with external stakeholders and leadership ensuring transparency
Provide recommendations, details/steps on how to implement the recommendations based on review and gap
Work with the HPE HLS Agile teams to implement and monitor any adjustments to Agile processes and practices based on the recommendations
Provide continuous improvement through the engagement reviewing the impact of changes/adjustments made to processes and adjusting further as needed
