My direct client is looking for a Software Engineer (.NET) with 5+ years of US experience and able to do an onsite interview.  Must have excellent communication skills.

 

 This position is responsible for the design, development and support of in house and web based applications. Responsibilities include the ability to independently analyze, design, prototype and write the necessary code to implement approved software programming requests; test and debug new or modified code to verify its accuracy and completeness; plan, schedule and implement new or modified code; provide complete documentation of all changes or additions as required.

  

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or related fields. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ASP.net using C# and Microsoft SQL Server.

 

 ·       At least 5 years of experience in ASP.net C# Web Form (not MVC), AJAX, jQuery and CSS using Visual Studio 2010 or higher, IIS7 or higher, TFS 2010 or higher.

·       At least 5 years of experience working with XML in different programming contexts such as data exchange, custom web/app configuration, SQL batch update, SOA and object serialization.

·       At least 5 years of experience in Transact SQL programming using SQL Management Studio 2008 or higher. Solid experience in data modeling and query optimization.

·       At least 5 years of experience with SSRS. Experience with SSIS a plus.

·       Strong understanding of OOP and multitier architecture, which means the ability to design and develop scalable, high performing, secure, distributable software products.

·       Experience with the Oracle Business Intelligence suite of tools is a plus.

·       Team oriented, understand the importance of coding standards and technical documentations.

·       Excellent prototyping and troubleshooting skills.

·       Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 

Note: We are working with Tier-1 vendor requirement.
