-Strong experience administering over middleware/messaging platforms using Solace
-Experience working on CRITICAL production issues
-MUST Come from a bank (ex. Citi, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse) working in Wholesale Banking Technologies (equities, security, fixed income, critical products)
-Experience in Messaging middleware like Tibco EMS/MQ
-OS â€" Unix/Windows
-Support and troubleshooting experience
-Good communication skills

 

Plusses

-Experience in SOA tools
-TIBCO EMS or MQ Experience
-Previous Wells Fargo Experience
