Job Title: SCCM Engineer
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Rate: $45/Hr on C2C/1099
Position Summary:
The SCCM Engineer will provide comprehensive system design, analysis, and product support for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. Duties will include applying existing expertise in the areas of server administration and networking to facilitate company's implementation and use of SCCM and other configuration management systems. The SCCM Engineer, will play an integral part in expanding, developing and maintaining Company's end user computing infrastructure and configuration management environment.
Responsibilities:
Architects, implements and maintains System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment for the corporate infrastructure
Assists in building and maintaining the strategy for the endpoint environment, including emerging technology, new technical solutions, software and hardware roadmaps, etc.
Design deployment solutions for enterprise wide rollouts and upgrades
Application packaging, documentation, and release control
Image deployment and endpoint configuration
Design reports within management systems (SCCM for example) for strategic decision making
Integrate existing and future applications and systems
Engineer, configure and support device management systems
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Create and maintain thorough documentation for endpoint solutions and processes
Participate in conference, forums, etc. to stay current with industry trends
Develop solutions using state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies
Coordinates the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects
Conducts moderately complex projects or phases of significant projects
Apply communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues
Draw upon deep technical knowledge to assist internal teams in making informed decisions
Collaborate effectively with other groups within Lennar as well as with third parties such as vendors
Position Requirements
Expert level experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2012
Experience in Active Directory, Windows server administration, and networking
Experience with WSUS and Group Policy
College diploma or University degree in the field of computer science, information technology, engineering or equivalent relevant work experience / certifications
4-6 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 3 years with SCCM or SMS directly
Full understanding of integrating, testing, evaluating and modifying systems
Employs ingenuity and flexibility to come up with solutions to advanced technical challenges
Keen attention to detail
Creative problem-solving abilities
Able to prioritize and execute tasks and work under deadlines
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong customer service orientation
Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, etc.) a plus
Relevant certifications (MCSA, etc.)
Additional Requirements

Arriving to work on time
Following directions from a supervisor
Working independently and being self motivated
Interacting well with co-workers
Understanding and following posted work rules and procedures
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
Some travel may be required for conferences and vendor meetings
