Program Manager(MES) -- Miami, FL -- Very Urgent

I am urgently looking for Program Manager(MES) in Miami, FL. Please let me know once you are interested.

Job Description

​:​

·         A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance or Supply Chain.  

·         Master's degree or MBA preferred.  

• Knowledge in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Supply Chain, Product Manufacturing and Process Engineering.

·         A minimum of 8 years of project/program management experience is required.  

·         Experience with project management and program management processes and tools required.  

·         Financial skills, including business case development experience, required.  

·         Experience or training in Process Excellence/Six Sigma tools and methodologies preferred.  

·         Process Excellence/Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) Certification is preferred.  

·         Global experience is preferred.  

·         Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.  

·         Must have strong leadership skills.  

·         The ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and influence decision-making across a matrix organization is required.
