APM Tools (AppDynamics/ DynaTrace)
Bottleneck Analysis / Root cause analysis
Defect Tracking tools (QC/JIRA/TFS)
Project Management
Strong communication and presentation skills
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working with the business units to identify the opportunities for performance testing / engineering
Gather performance test requirements
Preparation of performance test strategy
Resource / Timelines planning
Smooth delivery of the engagements
Support / Assist the teams with complex problems
Presenting the test results with the business unit heads
Incident management / Escalation management
Document, implement, monitor and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project
Provide input for individual performance reviews.
