Job Description:
- Pega PRPC 6.2 & 7.1.2 knowledge
- Microsoft Project, Office (Visio)
- JIRA knowledge is good to have.
- Certified Pega Business Architect, in the role of LBA
- 8+ years of professional experience in software IT/Business Analysis / Process Reengineering/Process Modeling & Project Management work experience
- Excellent Relationship Management skills, articulate, combine strong business acumen with the ability to conceive profitable and efficient solutions utilizing technology
- To communicate with the Business Users and let them understand the process re modeling & suggest system enhancements
- Preparation of Business Architecture documents, Objectives, Requirements, Use Cases along with requirement traceability maintenance
- Documenting Business Architect structure and maintaining Pega layer implementation documents along with functionalities implemented in each layer.
- Understanding client needs and suggesting approach at business level using the Pega Out of box functionalities.
- Onsite/Offshore coordination
