Location - St. Louis MO

Job Type: Contract Position -12 month





• Candidates with telecom experience are highly preferred

• Need scrum certified





Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of the scrum development team
using Agile methodology

• Arrange, facilitate, and schedule meetings for demos and
decision-making:

• daily standup

• scrum

• sprint planning

• sprint demo

• retrospective

• Assist the product owner by helping to groom the product
backlog and prepare for the next sprint

• Establish team velocity and drive improvement

• Estimate level of effort, resource requirements, and timelines

• Foster and drive increased creativity and efficiency of
the development team

• Remove impediments for the scrum team



Scrum Master Requirements

• 5+ years as a scrum master

• Candidates with telecom experience are highly preferred

• Need scrum certified

• Preference give to candidates with customer facing
application experience

• Demonstrated ability to commit to and deliver product on time

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks

• Knowledge of scrum theory, rules, and practices

• Knowledge of iterative and incremental development

• Experience with common agile tasks and tools like
backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.

• Some knowledge and experience with methodologies other
than Agile-Scrum

• Experience with forecasting and project planning

• Experience using JIRA for Agile delivery
