Position:  UX Engineering - User Experience Design

Location : Middletown NJ

Interview: Phone and Face to Face

Years Of Experience: 7+

Rate : $48/hr

Visa Status : H1B, GC EAD, GC, USC

Job Description/Must Have Skills:

1. good experience in UX Designer, Voicecentric interaction designer
2. Managing enterprise CC implementations
3. Voicecentric interaction designer and information architect for mobile and call center applications.

Education / Certification : B.Tech / B.E / MCA.

Responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Bottom line responsibility for detailed User Experience design of multichannel solutions to satisfy client requirements and users.
2. Identifies, analyzes, and translates business needs into design specifications.
3. Delivers analyses of existing and competitive applications, contact center performance, and emerging technology usage.  Makes recommendations to improve
