Position :  Lead Python Developer

Location : San Antonio, TX

Duration : 12+ Months

Primary:

4+ years in Python software development on Linux platforms including Lead and MySQL experience

System administration skills on Linux

NoSQL database experience on a platform such as Cassandra or MongoDB 

Experience with multi-threaded applications

REST API Design/Implementation experience

Successful prior implementations of performant, large scale web applications utilizing REST APIs

Technical Lead experience is a must

Secondary:

Experience on Cloud platforms such OpenStack, or Amazon AWS (either one prefereable)

Familiarity with open, scalable frameworks and tools such as HAProxy and Redis

Knowledge of secure programming concepts (e.g., cryptography and threat modelling)

Relational database experience

Experience in open source development

Java / .NET experience
