Aurelia experience is an added advantage

 

Voya is using Aurelia Framework for all new UI development. But I think we may not find resources with Aurelia experience since its new.

So I would suggest to get resource with strong front end development experience with below skill set,  

·        Strong Front-End development experience with Java Script , HTML and CSS/SCSS

·        Experience in Gulp/Grunt, npm/Bower , ECMAScript6 (or ES6) , Media-Queries and and GIT

·        Knowledge in Agile methodology

·        Experience in Aurelia is added advantage

·        Experience in Mobile First Responsive Design, Babel/Traceur and Node JS

·        Experience Testing frameworks – Chai , Jasmine and Mocha

·        Knowledge of Handlebarsjs, Backbone and Marionettejs  to understand existing system.

·        Knowledge of Accessibility and Front end patterns such as BEM are added advantage.
