Position:- SAP FICO Analyst

Location:- Mounds View, MN

Duration:- 8+ months

MOI:- Telephonic + Skype

 

Job Description:-

·         Bachelor's Degree Required

·         8-10+ years of experience required

Must haves:

·         Strong SAP implementation experience in a functional role.

·         Long career in SAP

·         Operations project

·         Movement of manufacturing lines between facilities

·         There will be project travel during some stages- 25% (International possible, must have a passport)

·         SAP FI experience, specifically with accounts payable (localization knowledge preferred).

BA skills

·         Requirements gathering, testing, design, process mapping, release management, hypercare, strong documentation and use of HP QC, Solman, et

·         Localization experience is preferred, latin America or Caribbean.

·         AP setup, localization configuration, purchasing configuration

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED (Needs to be objective, relevant, and non-comparative)

·         Experience with implementations of SAP

·         Either configuration or conversion work (Purchase Info Records, Source Lists and/or Vendor Master) into SAP.

·         MM or FI-AP experience

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (optional)

·         Strong understanding of SAP BW, SRM, SNC, Ariba

·         ERP Implementation experience.

·         General understanding of Supply Chain processes, including planning, procurement, receiving, inventory management and shipping.

·         Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines and project goals, etc.).

·         Experience in facilitating groups through challenging discussions

·         Experience working in a team-based environment and being accountable on both individual and team-based assignments.

·         Strong process mapping and systemic thinking ability.

·         General knowledge of system development methodologies.

·         Proficient use of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Project
