Mandatory skills:
 1) must have strong Project Management experience  in LDAP
 2) Good understanding of SDLC
 3) Must have very strong communication and inter personal skills
 4) Hands-on experience in working in Visio and MS Project
 5) Experience in preparing estimations, reports, tracking and coordination
