Title: Data Warehouse Developer
Location: McLean, VA
Duration: Long term
Core Responsibilities:
- The design, development and administration of transactional and analytical data constructs/structures. Included within those responsibilities are the areas of data access and delivery technologies.
- Designing and developing enterprise-wide repositories for all corporate data tools, database systems, or other specialized decision support or expert systems. These systems interface with legacy data and use sophisticated query and analysis tools to support both internal and external customers.
- Data Warehouse Design Develops advanced domain specific technology solutions and guides their development into a final product.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Data Warehouse development experience.
- 5+ years of Oracle PL/SQL experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle OFSAA.
- Experience with Unix shell scripting.
- Java development experience.
- Ability to analyze and resolve data load issues by working with the business and technical teams.
