SCOPE OF SERVICES:

The consultant will develop an integrated civil service system that will enable the Human Capital exam unit to develop and manage civil service exams more efficiently than is possible with current technology. The new system will enable the exams unit to independently configure, score and schedule an exam using a web based system.

The consultant will be responsible for the MS CRM portions of this project.
