Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1.Perform Consulting role in assessment of the current solution of manufacturing processes and come up with recommendations to align with client business process and industry best standards
2.Come up with solution that is scalable
3.Anchor the solution from client location, front face the client, interact with stakeholders and co-ordinate with offshore team members
