Role :: CRM Consultant
Location :: Philadelphia, PA
Description :
Passport number is compulsory for submission
•Significant background and training in CRM techniques and principles
•Experience with implementation of CRM solution in Communication industry
•Configure and customize CRM application (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SalesForce, AMDOCS, Siebel CRM, Clarify CRM etc) based on different business requirements
•Ability to define a business process expressing the correct levels of granularity and define the documentary artifacts that need to be maintained to express the processes
•Experience in Module Configurations, Profile Options, position, Catalogs/Categories
•Experience in defining/creating solution architecture, functional Design documentation for CRM projects
•Experience working with BSS transformation program.
•Experience with Greenfield/Brownfield implementation in Telecom is a plus.
•Create User stories, detailed requirement specs based on discussion with business stakeholders.
•Adept at returning quality results within assigned modules and time frames
•Can perform Fit-Gap Analysis
•Know how to architect and design integrations between systems
•Deep working knowledge of Business Analysis disciplines
•Worked with Integration of systems and processes on a functional level
•Experience with Agile SCRUM development methodologies
