| Mode of Interview: Telephonic+ Skype Job Description Key Responsibilities: · Define Application Architecture that will steer Analytics in the right direction – based on best practice and industry standards · Expert understanding of Tableau product suite · Expert understanding of Tableau application landscape – Gateway, Web, Core Application, Integration with Windows Active Directory (AD), Auditing Framework · Designing, Developing and Deploying Tableau Dashboards and Workbooks · Build/enhance guidelines - Tableau analytics distribution guidelines · Mentor BI Specialists with a focus on Tableau Design and Development · Contribute to overall BI strategy, with a bias on Information Delivery · Articulate basic/fundamental Analytics functions through reviewing business requirements, any existing artifacts · Stay abreast of prevailing Business Intelligence trends, and technologies by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; securing membership in relevant BI related forums · Accomplish organization goals by taking ownership of new and different tasks, as well as exploring opportunities to add value to other team members' job accomplishments. Required Qualifications: · 4 Plus years of experience in implementing Tableau Desktop and Server · 7 Plus years of experience using other BI technologies – SAP Business Objects, IBM Cognos, QlikView, MS BI · 2 Plus years of experience -- Design and Development of Tableau visualizations · 3 Plus year of experience – Data profiling on Analytics projects · Excellent communication skills – written and verbal · Excellent time management ability · Creativity; positive attitude; integrity; professional honesty · Presenting Technical Information to non-technical audience. · Experience in the Insurance Industry – Data Warehousing experience
