Location: Minneapolis, MINNESOTA 
Duration: 10 months

Job title: 
SR Security Engineer 
•The Security Engineer will be responsible for developing overall technical and operational solutions for Identity and Access Management focused on Active Directory and the entire lifecycle of an identity from creation, provisioning, attestation, disabling access and identity deletion. 

Your Responsibilities In This Role 
•Performs engineering, issue and problem resolution within the Identity and Access Management discipline 
•Provide technical expertise and advice on areas of security technology, including: platform security, authentication systems, application security, security architecture and security frameworks. 
•Assist in maintaining effective disaster recovery plans, processes, and procedures for critical security systems. 
•Develop technical documentation to support the evaluation, selection, installation, and maintenance of security technology systems. 

What are we looking for? / what experience do you need? 
•4 plus years of IT security experience required 
•Bachelor's Degree preferred 
•Experience with Active Directory 2008R2 and 2012 
•Experience with account management systems including custom built software 
•Experience with scripting technologies such as PowerShell, PERL, Java and other languages 
•LDAP knowledge (queries, filters, etc.) 
•Experience within Multi-Forest and Domain trust-level environments 
•Experience within Multi-tenant Azure/Office365 solutions and role, resource access management 
•In-Depth understanding of Authentication and Authorization design methods for Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services 
•Ability to problem solve and manage business needs/IT changes in a rapidly changing complex technical environment 
•Experience with the ITIL ITSM framework 

What else? 
•Beneficial to have experience with Single Sign On technologies such as PingFederate, PingAccess, ADFS and other scalable on premise web authentication systems. 
•Beneficial to have MCSA or MCSE certifications 
•Client develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
