Position: Pl/SQL Developer
Location: Philadelphia, PA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Work closely with System Admins, Product owners and NOC Technicians

● Act as lead triage agent in Application Support for internal product and numerous 3rd party

applications during outage events

● Taking ownership of Operations and Infrastructure service requests

● Lead on technical Systems tools and utilization.

● Monitor automated systems and branch systems

● Support software deployments through completion and ensure the systems are up to date on

patching and vulnerabilities.

● Monitor all core systems to maintain system up time

● Designing and implementing processes to ensure high
