Job Description :
Skills/Experience Required:
• General program management skills – ability to work with various stakeholders across teams to develop a vision for the internal
wiki and a detailed plan to deliver on it. Effectively manage execution of that plan and drive various dependencies and issues to
resolution.
• Ability to ramp up with speed on both business and technical concepts. It will be important to be able to understand the content,
at least conceptually, that we are delivering on the site. This require familiarity with APIs, data models, and technical details around
onboarding to services.
• Ability to take new concepts and successfully translate them to clear language and graphical content that can be used to educate
both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to read through PM and Dev specs to pull out and assemble relevant content for the wiki site
• Ability to effectively organize content for consumption and create intuitive / simple navigation strategies that
• Ability to write concise, clear content aimed at both technical and business audiences
• HTML / JavaScript experience
• Ability to create and incorporate appropriate graphics to translate concepts.
