•             Experience with development and application deployment toolkits such as GIT, SVN, RPM, DPKG, Vagrant, Docker, Jenkins, Chef and Puppet.

•             Experience developing Java/JEE, JSP, Java Beans, JDBC (Oracle/MSSQL), JavaScript and web services (SOAP/REST).

•             Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix application controls and tooling.

•             Experience developing applications in a compliance environment (e.g. PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, etc.). 

•             Verse in secure coding practices and development using a secure SDLC

•             Deep technical understanding of common security vulnerabilities and risks as they pertain to application development, particularly pertaining to CWE/SANS Top 25 and OWASP Top 10.

•             Usage of source code analysis tools (HPE Fortify preferred).

•             Knowledge of common web application and mobile frameworks, particularly Spring Framework.

•             Knowledge of encryption technologies and common protocols (e.g. PGP, SSH, TLS, etc.)

•             Customer facing

•             Excellent oral and communication skills

·                      Ability to explain and mentor process and secure coding techniques to client development team
