JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sabre Sonic Web V12 platform offers a unique opportunity for talented and passionate developers in gaining hands on software development experience on a modern e-commerce system powering world's leading airlines and working with a globally diverse development team highly active in open source community leading modern technologies and innovations. The candidates would primarily be involved in front-end and back-end development of technologically advanced Internet Booking Engine using modern architectures and frameworks. We are building SaaS compliant enterprise applications using the principles of Responsive Design, Multi-Tenancy catering to different channels like Web, Mobile, Tablets and Kiosks.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or other relevant engineering fields.
EXPERIENCE: Senior (5-10 years)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Highly proficient in Core Java and J2EE technologies.
2. Complete understanding of Object Oriented Analysis, Design & Programming.
3. Hands on Experience with Open Source Frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, EhCache, etc.
4. Hands on experience using Software Design Patterns of GOF, J2EE, etc.
5. Strong Experience in web services development, SOAP and RESTFul using Apache Axis, CXF or other frameworks.
6. Complete Understanding of relational databases and noSQL databases. Relational DB(Oracle, MySQL) and no

8. Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle.
9. Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience in HTML 5/CSS 3/ JavaScript.
• Understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, BackboneJS, etc.
• Understanding of Agile development framework is a plus.
• Understanding of TDD practices and experience with Unit, System & Integration Testing.
