Position: SFDC UI/UX Consultant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: Long term
Description:
SFDC skill set needed for Staff Augmentation at Onsite
Design and Develop the UI / UX part of the Salesforce application for a Call Center (Service Cloud) from scratch.
- Integrate with the LA Care Phone system to help identify callers (Cisco)
- Store Contact, Case and Activity information related to all calls
- Perform Case management
- Integrate with internal and external data sources (web services, batch integration)
- Provide state mandated reporting
Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *
1. Healthcare
2. QNXT
3. SFDC
Desired years of experience*: Minimum 6 years
Education/ Certifications (Required): BE
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Client Interfacing
2. Should be able to work as SFDC UI specialist
3. Team Coordination
