SAP HCM Architect -- 10+ experience (EXPERIENCE WITH ADP-- must be a core payroll expert)

Position : SAP HCM Architect

Location : Richardson, TX (Local)

Duration : 12+ month contract

Rate : $60hr CTC

Project Details:  

The architect will act as the SAP HCM SME; software/systems architecture, change management, vendor management, etc. (basically a full life cycle architect who has worked on projects from the initial requirement gathering to support) 

 ***Candidates who come from more of an Enterprise Architecture background will be better fits for this role*** 

Qualifications: 

MUST HAVES:

·        10+ years of experience with 5+ years of Architecture – Full SDLC

·        SAP HCM Subject Matter Expert – "go to guy" leading Clients outsource to ADP for everything payroll (must be a core payroll expert) – execution work (configurations, administration, etc.) will be handled by ADP

·      Strong Vendor and Change Management experience – MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ADP

·      Great communication- the Architect will be dealing with HR on a daily basis so he wants someone who has the ability to build personal relationships – DOES NOT WANT A 100% HEADS DOWN TECHNICAL RESOURCE. 

***PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) experience would be a huge plus***

Cornerstone (Training & Development / Performance Manager)
