1. SFDC (Sales Force) Developer
- Skill - Extensive experience in SFDC UI/UX design and development (minimum 6+ years in that)
Sales Force (SFDC) Call Center Implementation expertise
- 2+ years of Call Center / contact center and Healthcare experience

Project:
Design and Develop the UI / UX part of the Salesforce application for a Call Center (Service Cloud) from scratch.
The CRM will have to:
- Integrate with the LA Care Phone system to help identify callers (Cisco)
- Store Contact, Case and Activity information related to all calls
- Perform Case management
- Integrate with internal and external data sources (web services, batch integration)
- Provide state mandated reporting
