Job description:-

Senior resource with minimum 10 years of experience with heavy hands on SAP HR-Payroll (Functional)

SAP Payroll run - US and Canada (Bi-Weekly) Coordinate with Business on daily activities/issues and if the Payroll numbers don't match Manage CHARM process Setup Schema Config of Taxes - Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Run W2 and coordinate with AP Apply New Tax codes Communication with HR manager and outside teams Leadership skills on conflicts and setup a meeting to discuss, as needed Problem Solving Address with AMS team on on-going issues
