Skills and Qualifications will include: (Java, Spring Framework- Spring Events, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Messaging middleware, test automation, Teamcity, Junit)
o 10+ years hands on experience in Java
o Extensive experience as a Java developer in designing end-to-end solution architectures for large and complex platforms on a J2EE platform that include Spring Framework, Spring Events, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, REST services, systems design, development, integration and executing n-Tier applications, design patterns, clean code best practices, stubbing/mocking with a good experience in TDD and BDD.
o Experience in Messaging middleware (typically Solace or MQ).
o Experience in test automation (unit testing, acceptance testing)
o Load testing, smoke testing experience a plus
o Experience or high level knowledge with tools like Junit, Sonar, Teamcity, Nolio, Selenium, QTP, Jira
o Knowledge of databases & their SQL languages (e.g. Oracle & PL/SQL).
o 2+ years' experience with agile
o Eager to learn and keeps up to date with the following concepts: DevOps, Testing automation, Agile Scrum, TDD.
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
o Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related major
• Desired Skills:
o Knowledge of Sonar, Teamcity, Maven & GIT.
o Experience with data modeling, relational databases, data structures and design
o Agile development experience (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP)
o Experience with Linux and other Unix-like operating systems.
o Experience with Bootstrap, REST and Continuous Integration is a plus.
o Programming including Scala
