Role: Performance Tester
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 9 to 12 Months
Required Skills:
· At least 8+ years in IT.
· At least 5 years of progressive performance testing experience using Load Runner tool
· Experience in developing multi-protocol (web, database, terminal emulator/mainframe, etc.) advanced scripts that follow object oriented framework HP LoadRunner (Performance Center)
· Evaluate non-functional requirement documents and develop a Performance Test Plan/Strategy document that includes short and long-term test objectives, types of tests required, workload matrix, scenarios, etc.
Develop performance test scripts, test execution scenarios for various types of tests such as load, stress, duration/endurance, and run tests
Document test results, suggest improvements and develop custom made summary reports to satisfy both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Experience in Performance of testing for Merger program is preferable.
· Equipment leasing and capital finance domain experience is preferable
· Experience applying extensive technical expertise in the area of performance testing and advanced scripting
· Possess full knowledge of industry standard SDLCs, including Agile methodology
· Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings
