NOTE: Any consultant having good hands on experience with an automotive domain customer will be a strong plus but not mandatory.

 

Role Title:                           Java Dev (the role is mix of a support lead/ java developer)

Project duration:                 6 months         

Location:                             Irvine, CA

 

Technical Skills: Spring ( Core, MVC, ORM, JDBC, Context ), Core Java, Knowledge of basic deployment and troubleshooting of applications in Websphere application server and Tomcat, CRON jobs, working in Linux / Unix operating system

 

Roles and responsibilities:

·         Involvement in designing and implementing new solutions for clients applying cutting edge technologies in the mobile application space and also, troubleshooting any critical production issues of business critical applications

·         Solicit feedback on deliverables from clients and funnel to project resources to ensure continual improvement

·         As a point of contact for Client, lead the onsite team and co-ordinate with offshore team on a day to day basis to execute all deliverables

·         Provide day to day leadership and personally involve in ensuring high levels of quality, Client satisfaction and employee satisfaction

·         Understand the requirements and collaboratively work with the offshore team in realizing them as per the clients view

·         Maintain and monitor Issue and Risks Logs and share them with key stake holders and product line managers.
