Qualifications
Needing someone strong in Hadoop as currently they have billions of rows of data repositories in Hadoop cluster. They need to get to 70 active Node and currently they're at 40 active Node and using HIVE.
5 yrs experience
ETL a plus
Total 5+ years of development experience in IT industry and 3+ years in Hadoop.
Developing both batch and real time applications on the Hadoop platform.
At least 1 year hands on experience in spark programming especially spark SQL
Experience designing and developing non-trivial ETL processes within Hadoop using tools like hive, sqoop. Apache Pig 2 years
Job Description:
Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and develops fixes. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
