Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have	1.       Excellent knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Desktop 10.x, ArcObjects, ArcFM 2.       Experience in Dot Net (C#) 2010/2012 3.       Good Communication Skills
Good-to-Have	1.       Oracle 11g knowledge 2.       ESRI ArcGIS and ArcFM 3.      Experience in large size GIS project implementation

 

Serial	Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1	Responsible for development work in ArcGIS Desktop, ArcObjects,  ArcFM and C#
2	Provide solution to technical and performance issues related to ArcGIS Desktop application
3	Coordinate between offshore and onsite technical team
4	Provides guidance to technical team in project – build, implementation and testing
5	Ensure business requirements are met through correct GUI design and implementation
