Must-Have	1. Test Automation Experience 2. 2+ Hands on CodedUI and C# .Net experience 3. End to end Quality assurance and systems/application testing experience 4. Banking and Finance Domain Experience 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 6. Point of contact for customer for any automation related queries
Good-to-Have	1. Understanding of Agile methodology and the Software Development Life Cycle 2. Knowledge on any other automation testing tools such as QTP 3. ISTQB or equivalent certified

2	Experience in Automation Framework implementation and developing automation infrastructure.
3	Experience in end to end testing which includes Test Automation Planning and Test Automation Strategy, Test Automation Estimation, Test Automation Execution, Reporting and Defect Management
