Position: Adobe CQ Administrator

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Portland, OR

 

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

1. Must have at least 5 years of IT development experience.
2. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience on Adobe CQ 5.5 and above.
3. 3+ years relevant professional experience working Java, J2EE, WebService Integration, AJAX, JQuery and front end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and other web technologies.
4. Experience working with REST, Sling and SOAP in a production environment.
5. Comfortable with data exchange protocols like JSON and XML Ability to work flexibly and appropriate trade-offs to meet time constraints.
6. In-depth knowledge of AEM foundation components, CRX repository, JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix and OSGI.
7. Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, custom widgets, workflow configurations and bundles.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

1. Migration into AEM from older versions such as CQ 5.5
2. Integration experience with other systems such as IBM web sphere portal and CA Siteminder.
3. Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins and Maven.
