Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

Job description:

•          Work with client team to define the functional requirement related to SFDC Service       Cloud (Portal/Communities/Case Management/Knowledge/Service Account Management)

•          Prepare Functional design document and process flows

•          Work with client team to define the functional requirement

•          Guide the customer related to Service Cloud implementation best practices

•          Ensure proposed solution meets the requirement
