1. IBM MDM version 11.x hands on experience

2. Expert in extending services extensions and additions 

3. Complete knowledge of Party domain and Account domain in IBM MDM 

4. Java/SOA  expertise 

5) Experience in customizing stewaradship center in IBM BPM

6) Experience in MDM Batch framework, Event manager, Notification and Validation frameworks

7) Experience in IBM BPM development. 

8) Experience in developing coaches, workflows and wiring with SOAP webservice

9) Ability to integrate with application toolkits.
