Role :: Business System Analyst (Web Services)
Location :: Bellevue, WA
Description :
Passport number is compulsory for submission
• 8+ Years of experience.
• Understanding of B2B Web Services based platforms.
• IBM WebSphere Commerce knowledge is preferable.
• Responsible for working on a diverse range of small to mid-size projects. Projects are fast paced and may be technical in nature and have implications and impacts associated with the T-Mobile enterprise wide systems/system applications.
• Works with project team to understand customer experience and minimizes negative impact to customer.
• Proactively identifies and recommends improvements to standard processes and procedures.
• Actively participates in the implementation of changes to standard processes and procedures.
• Develops and presents training, system documentation, testing, implementation, maintenance, and project setup/support.
• Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills required. Able to work with moderate guidance on escalated issues and prioritizes, investigates and resolves with minimal guidance from others.
