Requires general instructions on routine work, but detailed instructions on new assignments

Participates in test development and test execution activities of the testing service

Contributes to testing strategies and plans

Reviews test cases, test results, and defects for accuracy and compliance with project standards

Provides test status, test results, and other quality-related metrics to the lead

Participates in requirements sessions

Participates in defect review meetings
