Position:         QA Analyst (Provisioning)/ QA Lead
Location:        ST. Louis , MO/ Charlotte, NC
Duration:        Long Term

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

·         Good in test case designing, identifying test data needs and set up, testing techniques & test optimization methods

·         Hands on experience in HP ALM for writing test cases, Executing, updating results, defect handling, RTM.

·         Experience in using JIRA, Parasoft, SOA functional test is a plus.

·         Ability to write and modify SQL queries.

·         Understanding of Gateway Systems and Middleware application testing.

·         Experience in Webservices testing using SOAP UI, REST etc.

·         Provisioning systems testing background.

·         Technical background in provisioning system testing.

·         Experience in CSG and ICOMS billing systems, OSM, UIM, IVR, switches, ALM etc.

·         Ability in handling Systems, Integration, Functional, User-Acceptance Testing and improvement of QA Process.

·         Ability to multi-task, work independently and collaboratively, adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes, and schedule changes.

·         Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to explain system issues and action plans      

·         clearly and concisely and establish effective working relationships.

·         Knowledge of automation and test data management process
