Title:- Sr Salesforce Consultant

The candidate should have some knowledge of Apex and Visual Force, also should be a Salesforce BA with certifications like administrator, sales cloud, etc. List of tasks currently handled as a Salesforce Administrator and Functional Analyst:

 

1. Analysis and Design

·         Business requirement gathering from new business units

·         Gathering new feature request from existing business units

·         Impact analysis and design of new enhancements

·         Advice users on best practices

·         Research on upcoming features and functionalities and update users

 

2. Configuration

·         Implement out of the box enhancements in Salesforce

·         Estimate effort required for new changes that involves customization (coding etc.)

·         Maintain multiple Salesforce environments following industry best practices

·         Manage users in development and UAT environment

·         Manage deployment to environments

·         Manage migration of changes to production

 

3. Training and Documentation

·         Creation of user manual as per user request

·         Training and onboarding new business units

·         Maintain change log, security matrix etc.

 

4. Support

·         Assist incident management team in issue resolution that involves Salesforce

·         Support intra company teams with query resolution on Salesforce connectors, API, interface requirements etc.

·         Provide weekly report on current active Salesforce users list, inactive users, users by division etc.

·         Assist project teams that involves Salesforce as an interfacing system
