Job Description: Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only)
1. Digital experience: E-commerce , CMS and Campaigns processes.
2. Requirements gathering and documenting
3. Experience in drafting high level and detailed level Project plan
4. Closely work with Business , Architects and Development team
5. Capable of handling multiple projects at same time

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
Technical Overview 
1. SalesForce
2. Adobe Experience Manager
3. Marketo/Exact target
4. Mobile platforms
5. Databases
6. Client/Server languages. 

Desired years of experience : 10+
Education/ Certifications (Required) : Bachelor of Engg or Equivalent
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Business Analyst with excellent requirement gathering and analysis skills
2. Digital Experience in CMS Digital projects
3. Closely work with Business , Architects and Development team
