Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:-TELEPHONIC+SKYPE •           4-5 years testing experience •           Mobile app testing(iOS, Android) •           Functional, performance testing, experience in writing robust test cases •           Scripting- preferred Major Tasks: Development test strategies and high level test methodologies to verify client-server software modules for medical device systems (Bluetooth enabled medical devices, mobile device applications and cloud enabled applications). Design and implement, a robust, scalable test infrastructure to test performance and functioning of the cloud based solutions. Develop clear strategy for setting up development/test, cloud pre-deployment and deployment environments (and testing tools for each environment) Provide detailed input to R&D team members regarding the verification options of proposed designs and technical risks. Logistical and operational decision making and supervision. Deliver test solutions in support of full life-cycle implementation of software products and systems utilizing a structured, documented software development process and following Bayer Medical Care processes. Active participation in product development by providing/reviewing specification and risk assessment   Position Requirements Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, with 8 plus years of experience, or MS with 6 plus years of experience Proven prior experience in testing cloud based software systems Proven experience in load testing and performance testing cloud based software systems. Proven experience testing web hosted client-server applications, performance, scalability and data/cost optimization strategies. Proven experience in testing various security aspects of Cloud architecture. Experience with testing data archiving and recovery. Must understand data architecture concepts. Experience with 3rd party service hosting, localization, load balancing. Experience with server-side scripting. Experience with web protocols, XML parsing, SOAP, etc. Experience with Web Server products on Windows and Linux. Excellent oral/written communication skills (passionate, persuasive, and assertive) Proven record in full life cycle product development and delivery Experience working in cross functional, multi-site, global development teams Must work well with offshore teams.
