Job Title: iOS Developer

Location: Orange County CA

Duration: 6 months

 

Job Summary:

I am seeking a talented iOS Developer to play a key role in the design and development of iOS applications. This is an opportunity to make a big impact and see your work used by millions of consumers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive difference and solving complex problems with a strong background in building best-in-class iOS applications

 

 Job Expectations:

 

Play a lead role in the design and development of  iOS applications Build best-in-class education applications on tablet and mobile devices Collaborate closely with other developers, designers and educators to define innovative UI and functionalities optimized for mobile platforms Investigate and resolve application issues, bottlenecks and inefficiencies Work with other mobile teams across the company to utilize and establish best practices for mobile development Lead by example and produce high quality code that establishes coding standards and best practices for the team Provide technical mentorship to engineers on the team Deliver high quality work on tight schedules Deep understanding of Objective-C and the internals of iOS frameworks Experience leading development of complex and highly responsive mobile applications that have been successfully delivered to customers Extensive knowledge of iOS common software design patterns, including the ones needed to develop connected applications with high-performing UI Ability to translate concept designs into user interfaces on mobile devices Understanding of system and application performance limits and characteristics Knowledge of memory management and multi-threading Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive Ability to change direction quickly, and show eagerness to learn new things Committed to mentoring and learning from others

 

Desired Skills and Experience

·         Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 Required:        

·         Experience working with android Published at least one or more iOS apps in the app store A deep Knowledge of Objective-C Experience working IOS frameworks Experience working with third party APIs Knowledge of mobile architectures, trends, and emerging technologies                                             

 

Experience Requirements: 

 

·         5+ years of professional software development experience.

·         At least 2 years of IOS development

·         Education Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
