Position: Cisco Voice & Network Engineer

Location: Lakeland FL

Duration: 6 months contract

 

-                  Implementation of Cisco Unified Communications Architecture

o   Configuration and Deployment of UCM Servers

o   Dial Plan and endpoint configurations

o   Voice Gateway configuration and deployment

o   Call Center configuration, scripting, deployment – Cisco UCCX

·         Troubleshooting

-                  Implementation of Cisco LAN/WAN Infrastructure

o   Switch & Routing Configuration and Deployment

o   Network Migrations

o   Testing and Troubleshooting

 

Requirements

-                  8+ years' experience in IT, Networking, and Telecommunications

-                  5 + years' experience with Cisco Unified Communications products

-                  Hands-on configuration experience with Cisco UC products

o   Dial Plan configuration

o   Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.X (CallManager)

o   Cisco Voice Gateways

o   Cisco endpoints (IP phones and soft endpoints)

o   Voicemail

o   Cisco UCCX (configuration and scripting)

o   Cisco CUBE

o   SIP

-                  5 + years' experience with Cisco LAN/WAN Products

o   Catalyst 4500, 6500 series

o   Nexus 2xxx, 5xxx 7xxx

o   Cisco 3750s (core) and 2960s (access layer)

-              Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

-              Excellent customer relationship skills required

-              Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

-              Cisco CCVP or CCNP-Voice Required

-              Cisco CCNP Required.
